Please read these terms carefully before opening an account, playing games, placing bets, or using any service on the pk lack platform. This document serves as a binding agreement between you and pk lack.

1 General Provisions
pk lack (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of pk lack's website and mobile application.

2 Account Registration and Management
All gaming and betting services on pk lack are available only to users who hold an active account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.
2.2 Password Security
Your login credentials are strictly confidential. It is your responsibility to notify pk lack immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party, and pk lack will not be held responsible for any incidents arising from such sharing.
2.3 Updating Your Information
If your personal details change after registration, update your account profile immediately or contact the support team. pk lack will not be responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by incorrect or outdated information.
3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All services on pk lack are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. pk lack may at any time request official documents (National ID card, passport, etc.) to verify age and identity.
3.1 Identity Verification Process
When an account verification request is made, documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing a false identity will result in permanent account closure.
3.2 Restricted Persons
Employees of pk lack, members of the board of directors, and their family members are not permitted to open an account on the Platform. Any winnings obtained in violation of this rule will be considered void.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
The minimum deposit amount on pk lack is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All transactions are processed through available payment methods.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is pending or an unusual transaction is detected.
4.3 Transaction Conditions
Funds deposited into an account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. pk lack reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction where an irregularity is identified.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
pk lack offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the site.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
For new members, pk lack offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be wagered on designated games — games that are not eligible for bonus play are marked on the site.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The pk lack VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback on net losses applies at each tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback terms may change without prior notice.
6 Gaming Rules and Betting Regulations
All gaming and betting activities on pk lack are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are generated impartially through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
6.1 Casino Games
The rules for all casino games — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti — are detailed on each game's individual page. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the actual result shall be considered valid.
6.2 Sports Betting
The applicable odds and rules for placing bets on cricket, football, and other sports are displayed on the site. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless a specific alternative rule applies.
6.3 Betting Limits
pk lack reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts for any game or betting market. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, pk lack may cancel or restrict that bet.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk lack platform:
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Applying any technical exploit or hacking method to influence the outcome of a game.
- Claiming or withdrawing bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts.
- Colluding or coordinating with other users.
7.2 Illegal Use
- Using a pk lack account as a channel for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Opening or operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
- Identifying technical vulnerabilities in the Platform and exploiting them improperly.
7.3 Unacceptable Behaviour
Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pk lack's support team or other users is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is proven, the account will be permanently closed immediately.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
pk lack reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations.
8.1 Reasons for Account Closure
- Participation in the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Account Closure at the User's Request
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing the account. If an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus portion will be cancelled.
8.3 Right to Appeal
If your account is suspended or closed, you may contact the 24/7 support team to request a review. pk lack will review the appeal within a reasonable timeframe.
9 Limitation of Liability
pk lack provides its services on an "as is" basis. pk lack is not responsible for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or other external factors.

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, the situation will be assessed and resolved in accordance with the rules in effect at that time. pk lack does not accept liability for any financial loss caused by temporary server issues.
9.2 Third-Party Services
pk lack is not responsible for any faults or outages caused by third-party game providers, payment processors, or software suppliers. In such cases, the respective party's own terms and conditions shall apply.
